1. Studio Engagement Overview
By accessing this platform or scheduling a design consultation, you enter an atmospheric alignment with Milavi Events. Our services are subject strictly to date availability and explicit written execution contracts signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property Protection
All creative concepts, physical mood boards, structural spatial layouts, floral styling schemas, digital rendering models, and hand-sketched mockups produced by the designers at Milavi Events represent our exclusive **Intellectual Property**. Clients are granted a non-exclusive usage license solely for their specific scheduled celebration event. These designs may not be duplicated, sold, or modified for execution by secondary planning agencies.
3. Retainers & Cancellation Boundaries
Because our studio accepts a limited number of curated commissions each calendar season, booking retainers are entirely non-refundable. They secure your date exclusively and lock down vendor procurement resources. Comprehensive structural cancellation guidelines, postponement windows, and force majeure parameters will be explicitly outlined in your bespoke physical final operational agreement.
4. Operational Standard Refinements
Milavi Events reserves the absolute authority to adjust design directions, logistical coordination steps, or operational platform criteria at any given time to protect and uphold our strict brand signature luxury standards of safety and aesthetic excellence.
